Postage and packaging costs will be added to the value of your order, which you can view prior to purchasing based on the actual cost of shipping with our preferred carriers, Royal Mail and ParcelForce.

The actual cost of shipping depends on the weight of the items being purchased. Delivery times are also variable depending on the shipping option chosen at the time of checkout. These are clearly shown to give customers the widest possible choice.

Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge.

We reserve the right to change special offers on postage and packaging at any time.

Cost of order up to £30.00=  £2.50 postage

Cost of order up to £60.00= £3.95 postage

Cost of order up to £150.00= £6.95 postage

Beyond £150.00 postage is free

If You live in Northern Ireland most items are a set price of £3.95

For Republic of Ireland residents most items are a set price of £6.95

Returns

How to Return or Exchange

1. You do not need to telephone or email us when you return an item to us.

2. Details of the returns address are included in your package. In the event that you misplace that sheet, the returns address is The Scout Shop Camp and Ski Centre, 12-14 college square east, Belfast BT1 6DD,County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

3. Indicate clearly whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please take the time to explain why you are returning the item(s). This will help us to address any problems that may be apparent to you but not to us.

4. Please take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. Please obtain and retain Proof of Postage because we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery. Goods are returned to The Scout Shop Camp and Ski Centre at your own expense.

5. We will confirm in writing when your returns parcel has been received and processed. Your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (if in stock) should be received by you 10-15 working days after you return the goods to us. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.

6. If you return an item on which you received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are in the original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition with all their tags attached.

Legal Statement on Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are contracting with The Scout Shop Camp and Ski Centre as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time within 7 working days of receipt of the goods you ordered. In this case you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods in accordance with our refund policy.

To cancel a contract you must notify us in writing and return the product to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received it and at your own cost and risk.
